In our first interaction, I am gonna share my aim for creating this blog. Some days back I was in a great rush to start body building and to attain a bodybuilder's like figure( abs ,triceps ,biceps and all that ). In my great eager to start body building I gathered views of many people and surfed internet a lot regarding all that stuff .From many body builder's guidance I concluded with the result that food and body building are directly proportional to each other so the thing which I figured out was to intake as much protein rich diet as possible and from that day to one month later my routine was like eating, sleeping and repeat. This helped me a lot in gaining 10 kg weight in nearly 45-50 days which was quite surprising for me. In my diet I included as much non-veg as I could push inside me. And what i felt after that was nothing else than laziness, lost stamina and much fatty body. Then I realised that decision of taking such type of diet was wrongly taken by me as during my diet I only focussed on intake of protein rich diet and due to lack of knowledge regarding diet I consumed a lot of fat also, which resulted in deforming me to a teddy bear like appearance. So, forgetting about all that stuff than I concentrated to gain a good figure. So, than I thought to join gym but due to lack of time in my daily routine(as now my college was regular) I was unable to be regular at gym and at some times no energy was left inside me for gym I was completely destroyed from inside due to my inability to workout and attain a good figure.
